As expected, we verified the upregulation of lncRNAs GAS5 in BMSC-Exos and revealed that BMSC-Exos carrying GAS5 alleviated HF symptoms in the HF model rats (improved cardiac function and decreased oxidative stress/myocardial apoptosis/pathological damage/fibrosis) and hypoxia-induced injury in the model cells (increased cell viability and decreased G1 phase cells and oxidative stress). This evidence concerns the gene GAS5 and hydrops fetalis.
