Notably, extensive research has highlighted TLR2’s pronounced expression in various diseases, including cancers [37, 38], autoimmune diseases [39], cardiovascular disorders [40], etc. In the realm of hematological malignancies, Li et al. have revealed a significantly elevated expression of TLR2 in AML [33], compared to chronic myeloid leukemia (CML), acute lymphocytic leukemia (ALL), and chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL). Here, TLR2 is linked to acute lymphoblastic leukemia.
