Univariate analyses showed that older age of onset (HR 1.074, 95% CI: 1.021–1.129, p = 0.006), arthritis at baseline(HR 0.184, 95% CI: 0.039–0.855, p = 0.031), and higher levels of IgA (HR 1.006, 95% CI: 1.001–1.010, p = 0.018) and CRP (HR 1.338, 95% CI: 1.037–1.726, p = 0.025) were risk factors for death in anti-Jo-1-positive patients.
