HRS cells exhibit a pronounced dependency on CK2α activity, since in vitro treatment with CX-4945/silmitasertib led to the dephosphorylation of AKT-S129 and S473, NF-κB-S529, and STAT3-S727, ultimately resulting in synthetic lethality in HL. Here, NFKB1 is linked to Hodgkins lymphoma.
