CYP11B1 and CYP11B2 (cytochrome P450 family 11 subfamily B member 1 and 2), known as a functional marker, has been used to evaluate the functional status of adrenocortical pathology in previous studies but has rarely been discussed in the context of recognizing malignancy in adrenocortical neoplasms [3, 8, 17]. This evidence concerns the gene CYP11B1 and adrenal cortex neoplasm.
