In pursuit of the development of a robust delivery system for miRNA-34a, built upon our innovative delivery platform utilizing multivalent ELP nanoparticles, this study reports on the synthesis, characterization, and application of Tat-A86 nanoparticles for the targeted delivery of miRNA-34a, with a particular focus on its utility in the context of replacement therapy for lung cancer. This evidence concerns the gene TAT and lung carcinoma.
