Compared with the DCM group, the expression levels of P-PI3K, P-AKT, and Bcl-2 were significantly elevated after QGQXM treatment (P < 0.01), with the most significant difference in P-PI3K (P < 0.001), and the expression of the pro-apoptotic factor caspase-9 was down-regulated (P < 0.01). Here, AKT1 is linked to familial dilated cardiomyopathy.
