Liraglutide concentrations of 10–1000 nM implemented for 24–72 h showed an increase in apoptosis, G2/M phase arrest, Bax/Bcl-2 ratio, p38 MAPK activation, PKA expression, cAMP, caspase-3, GLP-1R expression, migration, ROS generation, NOX4 expression, VEGF, and proliferation of breast cancer in only one study. Here, GLP1R is linked to breast cancer.
