Prominently, we observed persistently elevated levels of eotaxin/CCL11, CCL2, CCL7, CXCL1, CXCL10 and BAFF in the DIPG, ALL, and aggressive osteosarcoma models (Figure 2A–2C), the same three models that also exhibit cognitive deficits (Figure 1). Here, CXCL10 is linked to osteosarcoma.
