Specifically, miR‐31 directly targets the tumour suppressors CCAAT enhancer binding protein α (CEBPA) and dachshund family transcription factor 1 (DACH1), which decreases β‐catenin protein level via increasing Wnt/β‐catenin signalling inhibitors, such as AXIN1, CD9 and CD82.
