GO-BP, KEGG, and GSEA results indicated that these targets were mainly enriched in inflammation- and immune-related pathways, the important etiological pathways of allergic rhinitis, such as inflammatory response, NF-kappa B signaling pathway, TNF signaling pathway, adaptive immune system, and cytokine signaling in immune system, etc. NF-kappa B signaling pathway is implicated in the pathologic processes of rhinitis32. Here, TNF is linked to allergic rhinitis.
