In order to investigate CPSF6 function during HIV-1 infection, we first infected a range of cell types with HIV-1-GFP, immunostained for CPSF6 and the nuclear speckle marker SC35 and imaged by confocal microscopy (Figure 1A,B, Figure 2A and Figure S1A). This evidence concerns the gene SRSF2 and HIV-1 infection.
