However, among the obtained results, the analysis of ROC curves of NSCLC patients who did not survive the study period compared to living patients showed the highest sensitivity only for the expression of TLR7 and TLR8 on selected subpopulations of T and B lymphocytes, as well as TLR3 on B lymphocytes, in the remaining cases’ sensitivity, and the specificity of the tested TLRs was not that promising.
