ADAM15 and posterior cortical atrophy: ADAM15 is highly expressed in PCa metastasis and interacts with vascular endothelium [35]. It has been shown that negative (87.7%), weak (3.7%), moderate (5.6%) and strong (3.0%) ADAM15 staining was found in 9826 prostate tumors. Strong expression has been linked to high Gleason grade, advanced pathological tumor stage and positive nodal stage [36].
