Our previous study showed that nuclear transcriptional factor RORα expression is high in the cell nucleus of normal mammary epithelial cells, in which PRMT5 mostly is localized in the nucleus [26,27]; RORα expression is downregulated in aggressive breast cancer cells, in which PRMT5 is mainly localized in the cytoplasm [26,27]. The gene discussed is PRMT5; the disease is breast carcinoma.
