ETS2 and cancer: KEGG co-expression analysis showed that pathways related to cancer are the most enriched among DEGs and DARs together (Figure 2D), where nuclear glucocorticoid receptor binding is the only significant enriched GO term found for scenario 1 (with ETS2 and NR4A1 genes), while for scenario 2, we found more terms that are significantly enriched; nevertheless, they are more general compared to scenario 1 (Supplementary Figure S1D).
