In the present study, we showed that, in HT-29 cells infected with rotavirus, the mRNA relative expression of SOCS3, IFN-γ, and IL-10 was downregulated (p < 0.05), but a significant difference with STAT1 and STAT2, as compared with cells without rotavirus infection, was not observed (Figure 1). This evidence concerns the gene IFNG and Rotavirus infection.
