(Fig. 4A, B) Flow cytometry results indicated an increase in the number of cells in the G0/G1 phase and a decrease in the number of cells in the S phase following SLC7A5 knockdown, suggesting that SLC7A5 knockdown induces cell cycle arrest at the G0/G1 phase in bladder cancer cells. Here, SLC7A5 is linked to urinary bladder carcinoma.
