Therefore, we have further validated the role of SLC7A5 on BLCA progression and its predictive value for BLCA patients’ prognosis and therapeutic response through bioinformatics analysis of TCGA and GEO cohorts, sequencing analysis of Xiangya cohort, qPCR, CCK8, colony-forming assay, wound healing and transwell experiments. This evidence concerns the gene SLC7A5 and bladder transitional cell carcinoma.
