The most important findings of our study are as follows: in univariate analysis, factors significantly associated with TB were fever, weight loss, absence of arthralgia, necrotic granuloma, normal serum lysozyme level, elevated CRP level, polyclonal hypergammaglobulinemia, no bilateral pulmonary involvement on the 18F-FDG-PET/CT and no bilateral mediastinal lymph node involvement.
