OLR1 and hypertensive disorder: Recently, Pei et al. [41] showed that nonapeptide ETT (Glu-Met-Phe-Gly-Thr-Ser-Ser-Glu-Thr) from Isochrysis zhanjiangensis showed excellent effects in regulating hypertension by inhibiting ROS up-regulation of oxidized low-density lipoprotein receptor-1 (LOX-1) and ROS levels in Ang II-induced human umbilical vein endothelial cells (HUVECs).
