A review conducted by Tong et al. [58], which included 76 studies with 276 participants aged 41.5 to 70.43 years old, also found that aerobic exercises in a population diagnosed with cancer, although admitting slight changes in CD4+, CD4+/CD8+, CD3+, NKCA, and IL-2, failed to show combined effects on IL-6, CD8+, and TNF-α. This evidence concerns the gene CD8A and cancer.
