Wang et al. [42] demonstrated that for primary clear-cell RCC patients, [68Ga]Ga-P16-093 (a small-molecule PSMA ligand) had a significantly higher detection rate (19/22 vs. 13/22, p = 0.031) and higher tumor uptake (15.7 ± 9.0 vs. 5.1 ± 3.4, p < 0.001) than [18F]FDG PET/CT.
