TNRC6A and cancer: These genes likely involved in resensitization to olaparib were associated with the following biological processes: beta-catenin-independent WNT signaling (TNRC6A and CLTC), G2/M DNA damage checkpoint (YWHAQ), loss of function of TGFβR1 in cancer (SMAD2), and transcriptional regulation by small RNAs (TNRC6A and POLR2A) (Table S5).
