CSF1 and rheumatoid arthritis: The results demonstrated that sinomenine regulated the IL-6, GM-CSF, IL-12 p40, IL-1α, TNF, IL-1β, CXCL1, Eotaxin-2, IL-10, M-CSF, RANTES, and CCL2 secretion in vivo and in vitro and reduced the RA activity and the 28-joint disease activity score in a clinical setting.
