Following an initial response to BV therapy, BV retreatment may be an option, with ORRs of 53–60% (complete response (CR) rate, 18–30%) in cHL [6,7,8] and 59–88% (CR rate, 38–67%) in CD30-expressing PTCL [3,6,7,8], with higher ORRs (63–100%) and CR rates (42–75%) reported for patients with sALCL [3,6,7,8]. The gene discussed is TNFRSF8; the disease is mature T-cell and NK-cell non-Hodgkin lymphoma.
