Patients up to the age of 70, with a Charlson/Deyo comorbidity score of 0 to 1, diagnosed with clinical T3N0M0 prostate adenocarcinoma according to NCCN criteria for unfavorable intermediate-disease: PSA 10 to 20 ng/ml, GS of 7, T-stage T2b to T2c, primary Gleason pattern 4, number of positive biopsy cores ≥50%, and/or presence of >1 intermediate-risk factor.
