Under non-tumor purity conditions, the downregulation of KLRB1 expression was significantly associated with changes in the expression levels of immune cell markers such as CD8A, CD8B, CD3D, CD3E, CD2, CD19, CD79A, CD86, PDCD1, CTLA4, LAG3, HAVCR2, GZMB, CSF1R, CCL2, CD68, IL10, NOS2, IRF5, PTGS2, CD163, VSIG4, MS4A4A, CEACAM8, ITGAM, CCR7, KIR2DL1, KIR2DL3, KIR2DL4, KIR3DL1, KIR3DL2, KIR3DL3, KIR2DS4, HLA-DPB1, HLA-DQB1, HLA-DRA, HLA-DPA1, CD1C, ITGAX, TBX21, STAT4, STAT1, IFNG, TNF, GATA3, STAT6, STAT5A, IL13, IL21, IL17A, FOXP3, CCR8, STAT5B, and TGFB1 (Table 3 and Fig. 13). This evidence concerns the gene CD79A and neoplasm.
