Our experiments show that after silencing MMP23B (Matrix Metalloproteinase 23B), the apoptosis factors CASP3 (Caspase-3), CASP8 (Caspase-8), and CASP9 (Caspase-9) in endometrial cancer cells significantly increase, suggesting that downregulation of MMP23B (Matrix Metalloproteinase 23B) expression promotes the apoptosis of endometrial cancer cells. Here, CASP3 is linked to endometrial cancer.
