AGT and cardiac hypertrophy: The present study retrieved active compounds of HQ, compared drug‐ and disease‐target genes, employed network pharmacology to build an ingredient‐signalling‐target network, and investigated the specific effects and molecular mechanism of the main active ingredients on Ang II‐induced cardiomyocyte hypertrophy, laying the groundwork for future research on HQ's mechanism of action in the treatment of cardiac hypertrophy and heart failure.
