Given the complex interactions between HCC, inflammation, and cancer progression, our study aims to uncover the complex mechanisms underlying HCC pathogenesis and investigate the role of SLC6A13 and achaete-scute family bHLH transcription factor 1 (ASCL1) genes in inflammasome activation, amino acid metabolism, and inflammatory response regulation in HCC. This evidence concerns the gene SLC6A13 and hepatocellular carcinoma.
