The study had found genes related to the prognosis of HCC, including DEAD-box helicase 24 (DDX24), cleavage and polyadenylation specific factor 2 (CPSF2), tetratricopeptide repeat domain 26 (TTC26), TATA-box binding protein associated factor 3 (TAF3), alpha fetoprotein (AFP), etc. These genes can affect the biological behavior of HCC through different mechanisms, including cell proliferation, apoptosis, invasion, and metastasis. This evidence concerns the gene CPSF2 and hepatocellular carcinoma.
