MKI67 and neoplasm: Upon further stratification by axillary LN involvement number, patients in cohort A2 with 1-3 LN involvement and any of these high-risk factors (grade 3, tumor size ≥5 cm, or Ki-67 level ≥20%) faced an elevated risk of recurrence compared to cohort B. This risk escalated for IDFS with the increasing number of involved LNs: 1 positive LN + high-risk factors (HR: 1.78; 95% CI: 1.17-2.68), 2 positive LNs + high-risk factors (HR: 1.88; 95% CI: 1.08-3.28), and 3 positive LNs + high-risk factors (HR: 2.43; 95% CI: 1.27-4.64).
