The article reported the results of 139 patients with various tumor types, either enrolled in DRUP or the Australian Cancer Molecular Screening and Therapeutic (MoST) trial, that were treated with one of the CDK4/6 inhibitors palbociclib or ribociclib as monotherapy, based on complete loss of CDKN2A or SMARCA4 or amplifications of CDK4, CDK6, CCND1, CCND2, or CCND3. This evidence concerns the gene CDKN2A and neoplasm.
