Using this approach, we have been able to identify HLA-bound peptides for mono-allelic expression of several high-abundant HLA-II alleles covering DR, DQ, and DP haplotypes in combination with BDD-rFVIII that could be verified by previous experiments listed in IEDB as well as in a study performed to evaluate the immunogenic potential of therapeutic FVIII proteins for hemophilia A patients (37).
