Three relevant transcription factors, namely, SP1 (TTRUST database; also identified in the IPA analysis), which has been described as involved in viral transcription [13–16], LMO2, a regulator of T-cell translocation [17, 18], and AP1, are related to viral infection and ROS [19, 20] (Transcription Factor Targets database). Here, LMO2 is linked to viral infectious disease.
