Our study aimed to investigate the effect of BM-MSC exosomes on some of the biological functions of HL-60 AML cells, such as viability, proliferation, apoptosis, and Reactive Oxygen Species (ROS) levels, which have not been widely reported as relevant biological parameters, and to explore whether these exosomes could regulate the expression of MALAT1, HOTAIR, H19, and TUG1 lncRNAs. Here, TUG1 is linked to acute myeloid leukemia.
