BTG3 has been reported to be involved in the occurrence and development of many tumors as a tumor suppressor [26, 27], such as ovarian cancer, gastric cancer, lung cancer, etc. Although BTG3 was validated to be a transcriptional target of p53 [28], the post-translational modification of BTG3 has never been reported. The gene discussed is BTG3; the disease is ovarian carcinoma.
