Notablely, JAK2 positive patients with MPN had higher TAT (median: 3.7 versus 1.9; P = 0.013), TM (median: 13.8 versus 4.1; P < 0.001) and t-PAIC (median: 7.3 versus 3.1; P = 0.003) level, and no difference in PIC (median: 0.6 versus 0.3; P = 0.182), compared to patients with JAK2 wild type (Table 4).
