Collectively, although there are still some drawbacks of this study, such as the limited number of clinical specimens and the blurry involvement of angiogenesis in CHPF‐induced regulation of CRC, we can come to a conclusion that CHPF has been identified as a crucial factor in the progression of CRC, which possesses the potential application in the targeted therapy of CRC. This evidence concerns the gene CHPF and colorectal carcinoma.
