INS and diabetes mellitus: When comparing those participants with A1c <7.0% (n=55, 39%) to those with A1cs ≥7.0%, those meeting the target had a shorter duration of diabetes (10.5 ± 6.0 years vs 12.9 ± 4.6 years, p=0.01), were more likely to use insulin pumps (89% vs 73%, p=0.03), and had higher TIR among those using CGM (69 ± 13 vs 54 ± 17, p<0.01).
