On July 31, 2022, four global sunvozertinib studies included 277 patients with advanced EGFR- or HER2-mutated NSCLC in the safety analysis set (70), demonstrating that sunvozertinib had an excellent overall safety profile with common AEs similar to those of conventional EGFR-TKIs, including rash and diarrhea. The gene discussed is ERBB2; the disease is non-small cell lung carcinoma.
