NSCLC harbors many common driver mutations, including epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) amplification, anaplastic lymphoma kinase (ALK) fusion, ROS proto-oncogene 1, receptor tyrosine kinase(ROS-1) fusion, BRAF V600E mutation, and Kirsten rat sarcoma viral oncogene homolog (KRAS) mutation, with EGFR mutations being the most common. Here, EGFR is linked to non-small cell lung carcinoma.
