The missed lesions by PSMA-PET are smaller than those missed by mpMRI (0.72 cm3vs. 1.66 cm3; p = 0.034) in Pca patients with similar serum prostate-specific antigen (PSA) levels, prostate volumes, and PSA density (PSAD) 10. This evidence concerns the gene FOLH1 and posterior cortical atrophy.
