The mirrored-subclonal CNAs identified by HATCHet2 overlap 6 prostate cancer genes in COSMIC [73]: ELK4, SLC45A3, HNRNPA2B1, SPOP, KLK2, and CANT1. In particular, genes ELK4 and SLC45A3 are known to form a chimeric transcript that is involved in cell proliferation in prostate cancer [52, 53]. The gene discussed is HNRNPA2B1; the disease is prostate cancer.
