TNFRSF1A and glioblastoma: The most 31 important genes including IL6, EGFR, STAT3, MMP9, CD44, FN1, CD4, TGFB1, CXCL8, CCL2, IL10, ICAM1, IL1A, CD274, KDR, SPP1, ITGB2, CDKN2A, PARP1, MYD88, AGT, NOTCH1, SERPINE1, TNFRSF1A, CDK1, CAV1, ITGB3, CDK4, FOXO3, MDM2, and PROM1, respectively, were considered as candidate biomarkers for GBM survival.
