First, we screened for the antibodies against leucine-rich glioma-inactivated 1 (LGI1), γ-aminobutyric acid B receptor (GABABR), dipeptidyl aminopeptidase-like protein 6 (DPPX), α-amino-3-hydroxy-5-methyl-4-isoxazolepropionic acid receptor (AMPAR1/R2), and contactin-associated protein-like 2 (CASPR2) in 148 patients with schizophrenia. This evidence concerns the gene CNTNAP2 and schizophrenia.
