We found 15 underexpression outlier events (two in AML, one in myelodysplastic neoplasm, seven in B-cell precursor acute lymphoblastic leukemia, and five in T-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia) for TET2 across all samples and no overexpression outliers (Fig. 2D), consistent with its role as a tumor suppressor gene. This evidence concerns the gene TET2 and neoplasm.
