To further demonstrate that the differentiation trajectory from epithelial to cancer cells in CC is related to tumor EMT, we visualized the expression of some classical EMT-related genes (TGFB1, CDH1, STAT3, and HIF1A) in epithelial and cancer cell differentiation trajectories, and found that the four classical EMT-related genes were all highly expressed in epithelial, and were lowly expressed in cancer cells (Figs.
