The proportion of tumour cells with cleaved caspase-3 was 3.30 ± 1.25% in DNET samples (n = 10), 3.00 ± 1.41% in MGNT samples (n = 4) and 3.20 ± 3.90% and 6.00 ± 4.18% in the neurocytic and astrocytic regions of RGNT samples (n = 4), respectively (Fig. 3C and Supplementary Fig. 4). The gene discussed is CASP3; the disease is neoplasm.
