CCR7 and cancer: The dataset consists of cells derived from tumor tissue and normal tissue. (Fig. 4B), and the cells were annoated using marker genes from the original research (Fig. 4C). As shown in Fig. 4D, CCR7 is mainly expressed on BLCA urothelial cells, and compared with the normal urothelial cells, CCR7 expressed much higher in the cancer urothelial cells (Fig. 4E) .
