After that, we predicted the immunotherapeutic response of STS patients by examining differences in the expression of 6 genes involved in immune checkpoint transcription, also known as ICB genes: LAG3, IDO1, HAVCR2, PDCD1/PD-1, and CTLA4, CD274/PD-L1, and 8 immune activation-related (IAR) genes between HPSG and LPSG (Fig. 6I).[34–36] All genes, except TBX2, showed high expression in HPSG. This evidence concerns the gene CD274 and telomere syndrome.
