The increase of cDC1 and MAC proportions in all three intestinal tissues in response to C. parvum infection was also found in calves at 11–12 dpi during the resolution of infection, as well as the lack of variation for cDC no. 3, but in contrast to the cDC2 proportion, which was only slightly increased in the IPP (Supplementary File 12). Here, MPPE1 is linked to infection.
